Add plastic gears to your project in 4 easy steps:
Step 1: Pick a Pitch - Pitch and pressure angle are related to the shape of the teeth. Gears need to have the same shaped teeth to mesh with one another. We've sorted our gears into the categories below so that every gear from the same category will inter-mesh. Unless you have high loads or require high-precision, any pitch will work.
Step 2: Select your Gears - Every product is listed with specifications and a photo. Add an item to your order by clicking its "Add" button.
Step 3: Mounting Hardware? - Getting it to work is easier when the parts fit. We have shafts, spacers and hardware to fit these gears.
Step 4: Checkout - To review your choices or checkout, click the "View Cart" button located in the navigation panel to the left and also at the bottom of each product page.

Ordering Information and Terms:
- Items are new unless the description says otherwise.
- Items listed as "surplus" are NOT new but ARE in good condition, fully functional and sold for a fraction of the new price.
- Quantities are limited. While most items are in stock, availability cannot be guaranteed.
- Prices are in US dollars.
- Shipping to addresses within the 48 contiguous states of the USA is $3.85** by USPS Priority (2-3 day average delivery time).
- ** Free Shipping is optional for merchandise orders totaling $20 or more and shipped within the lower 48 states. Free shipping is by USPS First-Class Mail (delivery time is usually 3-4 days but can be 7-10 days). Choose free shipping by clicking the "Free Shipping" button below. During checkout you will be charged the standard $3.85 but we will refund that charge when we fill your order.
- All other shipping scenarios, including express options, are billed at our cost.
- PayPal handles our order processing. When you buy from our site you'll enter payment and shipping information into secure PayPal servers. Ordering here is as safe and easy as from other online stores but you'll notice the PayPal logo above our name during checkout. It's no big deal but we don't want you to be surprised.
- Offline ordering is also possible. If you prefer, you may mail us a check and we'll fill your order as soon as the check clears. However, we can only accept credit card orders from this website.
- Problems with an order must be claimed, and returns initiated, by contacting PRObelay within 10 business days of receipt of the order. We'll provide instructions and a Return Authorization Number if required. Unauthorized returns can not be accepted.
